BadController recently hosted a 56 player Rocket League tournament for Indian players.
The format of the tournament was a best of three-knockout elimination, with the ages of the participants ranging between 12 and 35.
The last three matches were live streamed via Twitch on the PS4, and things got pretty interesting.
The teams faced off in a round-robin type score game, with each team facing off with the other for a best of three match, the difference in the total number of goals being the deciding variable.
Kananisplaying1 and ||SKYLORD|| played valiantly against Hemantgogia and farukh_khan, with the latter winning with final scores of 4-3, 1-4, 3-4 respectively.
The exhausted and recently discouraged team again bravely jousted against Ryuk_JASON and Fatalityprime1, winning the first game with a score of 4-3. The second round went into overtime at 1 goal each, with Ryuk_JASON and Fatalityprime1 finally scoring a winning goal, following which they also dominated their Kananisplaying1 and ||SKYLORD|| in the final round with a score of 5-2.
The final three rounds, with Hemantgogia and farukh_khan facing off against Ryuk_Jason and Fatalityprime1 were the highlight of the tournament. With matched skill, the teams battled it out, with Hemant and Farukh winnning the first match with a score of 4-3. Ryuk and Fatalityprime made a great comeback with undoubtedly the most gripping game of the entire tournament, winning 6-5. The decider ended with Hemant and Farukh winning the match and the tournament, with a score of 6-1.
